What are the benefits of chamomile tea especially in regards to its sleep benefits. Chamomile tea has long been used and known as a gentle sleep aid. Taken in tea form the prescribed method is to put a couple teaspoons of chamomile per cup of tea and then let it steep for 10 to 15 min. covered so that the beneficial oils to Netscape and the steam and then enjoy your tea.
